Campers used watercolor graphite pencils to draw a design of their choice. They then added water to the graphite and turned their drawing into a painting. We also learned about open and closed circuits and how graphite can conduct electricity. Using alligator clips, LED lights and a battery pack, students were able use their own painting to close the circuit and create light with the LED’s!
